Certificates Assistant, Commercial Lines Department
This is a particularly challenging role due to the fast pace and consistent high volume of work to be done to meet our 24 hour turnaround schedule. Our Certificates Assistants issue certificates of insurance in addition to doing faxing, copying and filing. It is essential to be excellent with detail, accuracy and deadlines and also to work at an even and consistent pace. Proficient skills with Microsoft Office and Word is required along with a high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years administrative experience in a professional office environment.

Surety Bond Assistant, Surety Bond Department
We currently have an opening for a Surety Bond Assistant. This position will be responsible for assisting the Surety Bond Department by providing administrative support to account managers and sales personnel including processing fidelity and miscellaneous bonds, computing bond premiums, processing renewals, updating account information on computer system and handling customer service requests from company underwriters. This position will also assist in scanning documents, data entry and other duties as assigned.
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years experience in a business office environment, preferably in the insurance industry. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel and Outlook and have the ability to operate various office equipment, i.e., 10 key adding machine, fax, copier, printer, typewriter, scanner, and telephone. Proven ability to meet deadlines and possess strong organizational and mathematical skills. The ability to review and proofread work for accuracy and complete specific aspects of each assignment is essential to the position.
